One who experienced that capacity firsthand, was changed by it, and chose to give her time to help others access it.

Usman identifies what is blocking a business from growing and removes it, without needing access to internal data, staff, or operations. He does not audit your processes, interview your team, or review your financials. He works on the energetic structure of the business directly, and the business responds.
What began as a methodology for individual health conditions gradually revealed broader effects. Many people reported improvements not only in their physical and emotional state, but in professional clarity, financial stability, and the quality of the environments around them. These observations led Usman to develop a specific application for organizations, the Earth Energetics Business Energy Healing system now offered to businesses internationally.

For 25 years, she managed a law firm, responsible for administration, human resources, bookkeeping, and day-to-day operations. She understands how businesses function under pressure, what leadership actually looks like from the inside, and why conventional solutions sometimes fall short of what they promise.
Despite attentive care from her naturopathic doctor over many years, Françoise developed degenerative conditions that significantly affected her health and quality of life.
