Earth Energetics healing energy works for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. No physical substance enters the body, there are no side effects, and nothing makes it less appropriate for a child than for an adult.

Parents initiate and manage the treatment on their child’s behalf. Your child does not need to understand what is happening for it to work.

Ages 0 to 4

Energy Packs only, no breathing protocol required.

Ages 5 and above

Children can follow the full breathing protocol for full treatment access.

Teenagers

If a teenager chooses not to follow the protocol, treatment cannot proceed. This is their choice.

The Activation Protocol And How To Use It

The free treatment requires three steps. Each one does something specific to the body and the nervous system. This is for parents to understand , not something to read with your child.

Ten deep breaths

Slow inhalation through the nose and exhalation through the mouth, ten times. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting the body out of stress response and into a receptive state. It also regulates the nervous system in a way that directly supports the healing process. Ten is not approximate , the number matters.

Genuine gratitude

Bringing to mind something truly felt, however small. Gratitude shifts the body’s emotional chemistry , it releases oxytocin and reduces cortisol, moving the system into a state of openness and coherence that allows the healing energy to be received rather than resisted.

A smile

The physical act of smiling, even without a prior feeling behind it, activates the vagus nerve and reinforces the parasympathetic shift begun by the breathing. The body does not require the emotion to precede the expression , the expression produces the effect. Fake it until you make it is, in this case, physiologically accurate.

Energized water is also an option

If you feel your child can benefit from energized water alongside the protocol, that is a good and valid choice. For children aged 0 to 4, Energy Packs are recommended since no protocol is required from the child.

A parent can breathe on behalf of the child

In energy healing, intent and focused attention carry their own field. For a school-age child this is entirely possible: upon waking, before leaving for school, when they return home, after dinner, and before bed. Adapting by age

Age-By-Age Guidance

The protocol is the same at every age. What changes is how you introduce it and what to do when a child cannot follow it.

0–4 years

Energy Packs are the right choice for this age. Children this young cannot follow a breathing protocol, and Energy Packs require nothing from them. The parent manages the purchase and Usman delivers the packs directly.

5–10 years

Children this age can follow the full protocol with simple guidance. Frame it as a daily health habit. Ten deep breaths, think of something you love, and smile. Keep it calm and consistent.

11–13 years

Most children this age can follow the protocol independently with a brief explanation of why it matters. The full ten breaths, genuine gratitude, and smile are all required for the treatment to work.

14 and above

At this age, following the protocol is a choice the young person makes for themselves. If they choose not to follow it, the treatment cannot work because of the negative energy this creates. That is their right to decide.
